Buckingham Estates Business Directory

There are many business owners in Buckingham Estates and we'd like to do business with our friends and neighbors. Some residents are getting together to develop a Buckingham Estates business directory. At the November 20, 2008 HOA Board meeting the 2009 operating budget was unanimously approved. A copy of this document may be found on the Financials page.
Spring 2009 Newsletter Available!

The latest Buckingham Estates Community Newsletter is now available. You can view or print this informative and useful document on the Newsletter page. The Board of Directors voted earlier this year to distribute the Newsletter as an electronic document only in order to avoid the high costs of printing and mailing.

Home Alarm Monitoring
For the benefit of anyone who may not be aware, home alarm monitoring is available to all Buckingham Estates residents free of charge through Devcon Alarm Monitoring. If you would prefer to use an outside source such as Brinks or ADP you are welcome to do so at your expense. It should be noted that your current home alarm system wiring may have to be modified to be able to use this service. This would be at your expense. If you would like information on the community service please contact Jessica Yingst at Coldwell Banker Commercial (407-571-5192). |
